Join Jessica and Cathy in our 6-week prenatal music class this winter.  Starting Feb. 4, 2021 we will explore the physiology and stages of the birth process while focusing on the emotions surrounding labor and birth. This class is most ideal before 34 weeks gestation allowing you to effectively practice what you learn and use the techniques during your labor and delivery.
